In the strip are Dick Tracy is Walt from Gasoline Alley with baby Skeezix, then Ignatz from Krazy Kat, then Popeye. After Frank is Terry from Terry and the Pirates, in the balloon is Gussie from the Kin-der Kids, then Little Nemo falling, and last but not least is Snoopy.
